Cancellation and Rescheduling: Clients are required to provide 24hr notice period for any cancellations or rescheduling of virtual consultations. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details. Professional Conduct: During virtual consultations, respectful and professional conduct is expected from both the client and our representatives. Payment: Initial consultation is complimentary and limited to a 20 minute maximum engagement.
