Cancellation Policy
No Show Cancellation Policy IC Faces Spa has a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. In the event of a late cancellation or no show, your $50 deposit will be forfeited. The deposit serves as a commitment to your appointment. As unforeseen circumstances may arise, if I am able to replace your appointment with a client that same day, or reschedule your appointment for the same week, I am more than happy to waive the cancellation fee.
